1. Pigeon Forge Racing Coaster

Pigeon Forge is known for its great mountain coasters. The Pigeon Forge Racing Coaster is an equally as exciting and unique addition to the bunch. In fact, this attraction is the first racing coaster in the United States! There are two tracks next to each other which allows you to race side by side. Each car holds two people, and you can control the speed by using the handbrake. Challenge your friends and family and see who can speed down the twists and turns the fastest! Don't forget to take a peek at the stunning mountain views.

2. MegaZip at WildSide

Another one of the great new attractions in Pigeon Forge is MegaZip, an incredible zipline located at the WildSide adventure park! After visitors are hooked up to the line, they will launch from a platform that is 2,472 feet off the ground and then descend over 1,000 feet. The whole cable is 5,771 feet long. This makes it the longest zipline in the United States! As for speed, you can go as fast as 55 miles per hour. However, the speed is controlled by a self-braking system, so you can go at your own pace. If you’re looking for more thrills and beautiful scenery, you don’t have to go far. WildSide also has mountain biking trails and Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTV) trails.

3. Scooby-Doo Putt Putt at the Mountain Mile

If you love miniature golf and Scooby-Doo, then you’ll definitely want to check out Scooby-Doo Mystery Putt. This brand-new mini golf course at the Mountain Mile in Pigeon Forge features themes and details from the beloved carton. Pick from two 18-hole courses: the Coolsville Mine and the Coolsville Cemetery. If you get hungry, grab a snack at the Clubhouse! You can also pick out some adorable Scooby souvenirs!

4. Truth Traveler

The same Answers in Genesis team that created the Ark Encounter has now expanded to the Smokies! Truth Traveler in Pigeon Forge is a virtual reality attraction that takes visitors on a journey from Eden to Eternity. You’ll really feel like you’ve time-traveled back to Biblical times, and we can guarantee you’ll learn something along the way!

5. Evanswood Magic Theater

Watch some awesome tricks at the new Evanswood Magic Theater located in Lumberjack Square along the Pigeon Forge Parkway. Terry Evanswood is a magician and illusionist who holds the title of the longest-running headliner in the area. He’s been performing for close to 30 years! Now you can go and see his spectacular show at his very own theater. The show is fun for all ages and has a little something for everyone. You’ll see card tricks and daring escapes. Of course, there is great music and silly jokes in between. It will be a night to remember!
